- Simulations & Immersive Experiences: Participants engage in realistic scenarios that mirror complex business challenges, allowing them to apply concepts, make decisions, and receive feedback from faculty, peers, and industry practitioners.
- Industry-Relevant Case Studies: Custom and industry-leading case studies bring concepts to life through real-world examples, helping participants explore strategic opportunities, organizational challenges, innovation, and leadership decisions. Custom case studies will are selected based on the participant composition and can have multiple dimensions or span topics.
- Experiential Project-Based Learning: Individual and team-based projects enable participants to address real organizational challenges and enterprise deliverables for board, investment, or executive management. Project learning can be topic-specific or threaded throughout the customization process. Opportunity to co-design a custom capstone project for enterprise alignment and targeted training.

Bhasker Natarajan
Bhasker Natarajan is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Management Department at Bentley University and Executive Education Mini-MBA Program Director. He brings more than three decades of strategy, operations, and transformation experience, including experience in senior executive roles, and as an angel investor.
Iris Bedrow, PhD
Iris Berdrow holds an MBA and Ph.D. with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and International Management. Her research interests are in cross-border innovation, cross-cultural effectiveness, global alliances, employee competencies and competency based education.
