The program consists of three different leadership assessments to determine your leadership style, three days of in-person classroom training to build on the findings, and four hours of one-on-one executive leadership coaching that provide individualized guidance and support. Two-days a week (8:00-4:30PM) for 3-weeks, classes are taught by the same faculty who teach in Bentley’s graduate program, making it optimal for professionals interested in expanding their business knowledge to enhance their career potential and make an immediate impact.
