This online, modular series equips students navigating career transitions with the skills, tools, and confidence needed for success. In this interactive session, Associate Professor Helen Meldrum will explore the common listening habits that can unintentionally shut down conversations and instead shirt towards: Active Reflective Listening. Whether you're leading a team, managing clients, collaborating with colleagues, or navigating difficult conversations, stronger listening can improve trust, reduce misunderstandings, and help others feel genuinely heard. You'll learn how to recognize the listening traps we all fall into, practice active reflective listening techniques, and have more productive conversations at work and beyond.

February 26th, March 26th & April 30th, 2027 | Bentley's Leadership Accelerator is a personalized leadership intensive aimed at career professionals, executives and senior leaders with a minimum of 10 years experience. The program consists of three different leadership assessments to determine your leadership style, three days of in-person classroom training to build on the findings, and four hours of one-on-one executive leadership coaching that provide individualized guidance and support.
