Program Overview

Strategic Change Management is an interactive, five-module program designed to help professionals lead change effectively through a people-centered approach. Each week, learners will engage asynchronously with their cohort through guided discussions, reflection prompts, and interactive exercises while documenting insights in a structured workbook. Real-world case studies and the Diagnosis Challenge provide hands-on practice, culminating in a live, virtual showcase to reinforce strategies for sustaining lasting change.
