Bentley University’s open enrollment programs are designed to address specific professional development needs of business leaders —  building the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to engage and inspire their organizations to succeed. Through the use of case studies, lecture, active exercises and interactive simulations, our programs provide an intensive learning experience where participants gain practical, applicable skills they can immediately put to use in their organization. The interactive experience with peers from a variety of companies and industries enhances learning and expands your professional network.

Taking Charge: Women's Executive Leadership

A 7-day intensive leadership experience for mid – to – senior-level female managers looking to gain the executive presence and capabilities necessary to lead at the executive level.

Spring 2020:
Begins March 19 - 20, followed by five one-day sessions on alternating weeks

Breaking Through: Effective & Inclusive Leadership

A  3-day leadership intensive that challenges participants to transition from effective managers into inclusive organizational leaders. Participants gain insight on how to leverage their personal leadership competencies to maximize organizational achievement and create an inclusive culture that fosters innovation and engagement.

Spring 2020:
May 4-6

Diversity & Inclusion Champion Certificate

Intensive, experiential 3-day program that prepares participants as champions of inclusion who understand the importance of diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) and how to lead organizational change that will foster an inclusive workplace culture.
