A 7-day intensive leadership experience for mid – to – senior-level female managers looking to gain the executive presence and capabilities necessary to lead at the executive level.
Begins March 19 - 20, followed by five one-day sessions on alternating weeks
A 3-day leadership intensive that challenges participants to transition from effective managers into inclusive organizational leaders. Participants gain insight on how to leverage their personal leadership competencies to maximize organizational achievement and create an inclusive culture that fosters innovation and engagement.
Intensive, experiential 3-day program that prepares participants as champions of inclusion who understand the importance of diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) and how to lead organizational change that will foster an inclusive workplace culture.
