Employment At-Will

Employment with Bentley University is “at-will”. This means that employment can be terminated with or without cause or notice at any time by either Bentley or the employee, unless the employee has tenure or a written employment contract and except as prohibited by law. No manager or employee of Bentley University may enter into any employment contract, implied or expressed, other than on an at-will-basis, without written approval by a Vice President and General Counsel.
