Waltham, MA – August 26, 2025 – reacHIRE and Bentley University’s Gloria Cordes Larson Center for Women and Business (CWB) today announced a new partnership to launch the REACH Leadership Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to demystify and accelerate the path to c-level leadership.

As organizations grapple with rapid change, global complexity, and persistent gaps in leadership representation, the partnership between reacHIRE and Bentley CWB is both timely and urgent. The REACH Leadership Program combines individualized coaching, collaborative peer learning, and targeted electives across core C-level roles, including CEO, CMO, CFO, CTO, and CPO.
