BENEFITS PROGRAM!
Bentley University remains committed to helping you and your family achieve the best possible health and wellbeing. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that provides you with the flexibility to make the choices that best meet the needs of you and your family.
Open Enrollment begins on November 2nd, 2026 and runs through November 13th, 2026. Open Enrollment is your once-a-year chance to make changes to your benefits, absent a qualifying event. A qualifying life event is a change in your personal or family situation that allows you to update your benefits outside of Open Enrollment. Examples include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, or a change in coverage eligibility.
In our benefits guide linked below, you can learn about your benefits—along with helpful tools you can use to make informed decisions. We encourage you to carefully review this information. Once you’re ready to make your benefit elections, be sure to log in to Workday. Your open enrollment elections will be effective January 1st, 2027.

Our upcoming Benefits Fair will give you the opportunity to connect directly with benefit providers, get answers to your questions and learn more about the programs and resources available to you for the year ahead.
Here's a preview of what you can expect:
- Connect with 15+ benefit vendors
- Complete a small trivia sheet to be entered into one of our raffles
- Giveaways
- Wellness screenings, including body composition/BMI, bone density and comprehensive biometric screenings
- Chair massages
- Healthy food samples
The first 50 employees to show up to the Benefits Fair get a Bentley-branded winter hat.
