Retiree Benefits Available to All Retirees

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Group health insurance terminates the last day of the month in which the retirement date occurs. Retirees hired on or after January 1, 2000, may continue their existing medical, dental and vision coverage through COBRA at the COBRA rate (full premium plus 2%).

For retirees or covered dependents age 65 and older, the retiree's or eligible dependent's primary insurer is Medicare.  If you need assistance enrolling in Medicare Parts A & B, please contact a local Social Security Office or Health Advocate for assistance.  Refer to Real Support for Retirees:  Top Reasons to Call Us for more information.
