Bentley provides a comfortable, secure lactation room for mothers who wish to express milk while they are at work. The lactation room is located in Rauch 011. Employees should contact their Human Resources Business Partner to gain access to the room and to learn about the resources there. While employees may take a reasonable amount of time to express milk, Bentley reserves the right to have employees use vacation or personal time to cover the time spent in the lactation room. To the extent possible, employees should work with their managers to schedule time in the lactation room at a time least disruptive to the department’s business needs.
