The FY22 Salary Planning process for non-union staff will be done in Workday and will take a holistic approach to an employees’ compensation, evaluating different types of increases. All increases will be effective July 1, 2021.

May 27th – June 11th
All Managers must review, edit, and submit compensation recommendations in Workday for their staff using the Comp Review Grid

June 14th – June 18th
Division VP’s will make final approvals of compensation recommendations

June 21st – June 30th
Compensation Review Grid will be finalized and all recommendations will be audited for accuracy.  Once audits are completed, you will receive a notification that you are all set to communicate the salary increases to your employees

Zoom Drop in Sessions

We are offering three Zoom Drop In sessions over the next two weeks to give you a chance to log on and receive any assistance on using the Workday Comp Review Grid to submit your employee’s salary increase recommendations.  Below are the dates, times and zoom links to each session: Password for all sessions is Merit21
