Professional MBA Team

Iris Berdrow is a tenured professor of management and the program director for the Advanced Standing in Business and MBA programs at Bentley University. Iris holds an MBA and PhD with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and International Management from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada. She is published in MIT Sloan Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Long Range Planning, and the Journal of World Business. Her current research interest is in cross-cultural effectiveness, assessing learning outcomes, and competency-based education.

Elizabeth Rotolo joined the Bentley community in Fall 2024. Originally from California, she holds a BA in psychology from Occidental College and an MEd in student affairs from UCLA. Before arriving at Bentley, Elizabeth worked for the Institute for Educational Advancement, Boston College, and Brandeis University. She appreciates the lessons learned and connections made in each role, and particularly enjoys the innovative spirit and commitment to using business as a Force for Good across the Bentley campus.
