Bentley Alumnus Invests in Co-Curricular Sustainability Education
In 2015, Julie Delongchamp, a visionary undergraduate student, decided that she would like to increase professional development opportunities for Bentley undergraduate students. During her time at Bentley, Julie discovered a passion for sustainability through course work, participation in various co-curricular activities and as an intern with the university’s Office of Sustainability.

The new, state-of-the-art multipurpose Bentley Arena is the most environmentally sustainable in the U.S. and the first standalone ice arena to earn the LEED platinum certification, the highest possible rating, according to the U.S. Green Building Council.
Bentley Honored by the EPA as a Green Power Champion
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recognized Bentley University as the Northeast-10 Conference champion of the 2016-17 College and University Green Power Challenge for using more green power than any other school in the conference.
Bentley University named a Bronze Bicycle Friendly University by the League of American Bicyclists
