Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women Redefining Power in Africa’s Boardrooms and Beyond

This session brings together three trailblazing women who have succeeded in male-dominated industries - finance, law, policy, and technology - to discuss their paths, obstacles, and impact. It aims to provide authentic insight into how women can thrive, collaborate, and lead while addressing the systemic barriers that still exist across Africa’s professional landscape.

Building Bridges: Unlocking Africa Capital Potential

This panel explores the future of African investment ecosystems, focusing on how to open the continent to new financial frontiers, build trust between global and local capital, and inspire a generation of Africans and diaspora investors to take ownership of the continent’s economic destiny.

The Beat of Collaboration: Africa’s Creative Economy and Global Influence

This panel is a conversation designed to show how unity, innovation, and cross-border creativity are shaping Africa’s cultural future. Bringing together leaders in artist development, music technology, and cultural production, the panel explores how collaboration - between creatives, cities, industries, and the diaspora - drives global impact. Through their perspectives, the session highlights how Africa can build a sustainable, authentic, and globally influential creative economy
