Jen Thibodeau is Associate Director of Employer Relations & Recruiting in the Pulsifer Career Development Center and has more than 20 years of experience in employer relations for higher education. She manages the campus recruiting programs for all internship and full-time employers. Thibodeau oversees the entire operation of the Employer Relations & Recruiting Office and manages Bentley University’s two annual career fairs which host 130+ employers and 1200+ students at each fair. She served as a functional lead for Bentley’s long-awaited Handshake CRM system implementation. She is responsible for the data reporting for all recruiting related rankings surveys.
Thibodeau has developed strong relationships with employers and is able to share key facts and trends regarding campus recruiting to augment their networking and recruiting efforts. Her work with diverse companies across many industries, and extensive knowledge of employer relations, allow her to deliver excellent knowledge and service to all employers. Thibodeau and her team strive to maintain Bentley’s well known reputation for maintaining a “top notch” recruiting program and providing exceptional customer service to all employers.

David Kelly Truong is Assistant Director, Employer Relations & Recruiting in the Pulsifer Career Development Center. Working for both the undergraduate and graduate career teams, he manages companies' and organizations' opportunities for internships and full-time jobs, as well as employer events for key partners seeking to hire Bentley's students.
Before joining Bentley, David Kelly was primarily in the hotel and tourism industry, working in B2B and client relations. He then changed industries to academia and was at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Department of Pediatric Newborn Medicine. During his time at Brigham, David Kelly worked closely in cultivating vendor relations that greatly impact Principal Investigators' research operations.
David Kelly graduated from the University of New Hampshire Peter T Paul College of Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
Fun Fact: Having visited five continents in the last five years, I take a great passion for food, language, and culture and enjoy learning and cooking different dishes around the world. My favorite dishes include Bun Cha, Ceviche, and Coq au Vin. I also learned to say "Thank You" in over 20 languages.
Favorite Part of the Office: How much love and support I received when I hosted International Food & Cultural Connections for Culture Fest 2022. It was a moment where I expressed vulnerability, and I am so grateful for the compassion I got from my colleagues and students.
