Graduate Career Development Center Staff

The Graduate Career Development team has expertise across the business spectrum as well as specialized knowledge of industries aligned with Bentley’s MBA and MS programs. 

Faith B.
Faith Bade, Director

Starting in 2023, Faith Bade will manage Graduate and Alumni Career Development (GCD) within the Pulsifer Career Development Center. Faith is drawn to Bentley's mission to be a Force for Good. She believes in empowering individuals through education so they can develop a learning mindset and gain the skills needed to have a significant and positive impact on the world! 

Faith will build upon the strengths of the GCD team and collaborate with the University to support existing and new graduate programs addressing evolving business ecosystem needs. She will also prioritize developing employer partnerships to expand networking and employment opportunities for our graduate students and alums. Faith is committed to reducing barriers and offering equitable and inclusive opportunities for all.

Faith is an experienced developmental leader, program and operations manager, and strategic collaborator. She joins Bentley from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she managed their co-operative education program. Faith led a team of 8 advisors providing best practice career services for 1500+ undergraduate students on co-op annually, new-graduates, graduate students, and alumni. Prior to Wentworth, Faith worked within Northeastern University's Employer Engagement and Career Design center managing on campus recruiting programs and space, and advancing employer engagement opportunities. Other professional experiences include non-profit program management, troubled debt restructuring, commercial real estate lending, mortgage banking, and various volunteer board roles.  Faith earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She continues to upskill via professional engagement and certifications, such as USF’s 2021 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate. 

Outside of work, Faith enjoys running and biking on the Esplanade, and walking with her dog. And she is always looking for recommendations for a good book!

Audra B.
Audra Boni, BS ’88, Senior Associate Director

Audra brings business experience to Bentley from public and private accounting as well as a recruitment perspective from her previous work in the staffing industry. Her past employers include Deloitte, Lotus Development Corporation, and Romac International. She spent a year in Japan with the JET Programme - - an experience that inspired her interest in all things intercultural. She provides support and guidance to our growing international student body via innovative career programming with culture as a central theme. In addition to holding a BS in Accountancy from Bentley, Audra is an alumna of the leadership-focused 2011 Fellows Program at The Partnership, a leading talent management firm.

Rig photo
Rigobert (Rig) Noel, Associate Director

Rigobert (Rig) Noel is the Associate Director of the Graduate and Alumni Pulsifer Career Development Center. Rig is coming into this role with more than 14 years of experience in Higher Ed. During this time, Rig worked at Boston College in the Connell School of Nursing (CSON) where he managed the Clinical Placement Office, and the Carroll Graduate School of Management (CGSOM) Career Strategies department where he oversaw all career operations related to the Master of Science in Finance and the Master of Science in Accounting programs.

Rig brings extensive professional coaching experience into this new role. His experiences consist of developing and executing professional development programs, recruiting , managing people and operations, as well as mentoring. In addition, Rig also brings an extensive entrepreneurship spirit to the Pulsifer Career Development Center. With more than 10 year of successful business experience, Rig has launched organizations that brought tremendous value to various communities and the people they served.

Rig is an alumni of Boston College, class of 2020 where he obtained his Master of Science in Leadership and Administration degree. He also holds a 1st Master of Management degree from Cambridge College. Developing leaders through the power of education is a passion of Rig’s. While helping to build up others, Rig understands the importance of self-love and building yourself too. Doing for others is a privilege, doing for yourself is a sacrifice and a statement that Rig lives by.”

Rachel W.
Rachel White, Senior Assistant Director

Rachel White is a Senior Assistant Director on the Graduate Career Development team and joined the team in the fall 2022 semester. Rachel comes to Bentley having prior experience as a STEM career advisor as well as an opportunity funding lead with Clark University’s Career Center. Previously, she worked within the program team at Babson College’s Division of Executive Education. Rachel holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a certificate in Advanced Management. In testament to her passion for innovative and equitable higher education, professional development, and employer networking and engagement, Rachel received a Fulbright Scholarship and completed their program for International Education Administrators. Certified in Design Your Life™ pedagogy, she continues to pursue her interest in educational mobility and seeks to provide whole-self career journey ideation and advising. Rachel also teaches experiential learning at Clark University’s School of Professional Studies.

Shelice's photo
Shelice Brown-Sanni, Administrative Coordinator

Shelice Brown-Sanni is the Administrative Coordinator for the Graduate and Alumni Career Development center. Apart from holding two BA’s in Sociology and Anthropology, which she obtained from Brandeis University, Shelice is coming into this role with 2 years of experience in Human Resources. She was employed as a Human Resources Associate at the nonprofit organization, Volunteers of America of Massachusetts, which serves populations in need of rehabilitation, counseling, veteran’s housing, and re-entry services. Her areas of focus were new hire and onboarding processes, and executive support. From this role, as well as her opportunity to serve as a teaching assistant at Brandeis University, she has grown a passion to work with people from different backgrounds. In her free time, Shelice enjoys writing songs and practicing guitar. She lives by the philosophy that it is better to know you’ve tried and failed than to live with the burden of the “what if?”
