Success and Retention at Bentley
Student Equity & Inclusion holds a community-driven vision for success and retention. Everybody deserves the support and resources they need to succeed at Bentley, and we work together to make sure we move forward together. The Student Success Coordinator collaborates with each office in Student Equity & Inclusion to provide programs and mentorship that help students navigate their Bentley experience. These programs recognize the variety of identities and backgrounds that inform students’ approach to their university career.
Signature Programs
First-Gen Student Support
The Student Success Coordinator supports students who are the first in their family to attain a four-year degree from a US educational institution through by connecting them to relevant campus partners and guiding them through policies and procedures.
Student Success Series
The Student Success Series organizes monthly workshops on using campus resources, building mentorship and networking skills, and becoming part of a supportive community.
Community Groups
The Student Success Coordinator facilitates dialogues among small groups of students to address self-care, building community, and identity development.
