Residence Halls/ Pricing 

First Year Residence Halls

Halls include single, double, triples, enhanced triples, and quadruple occupancy rooms. First-year residence halls feature community lounges and have shared bathroom facilities. A typical hall room includes:

  • A Twin XL bed (bunkable and adjustable) per person
  • A desk and chair per person
  • Wardrobe and storage closet per person
  • TV cable and hookup
  • Wired and wireless Internet access
  • Carpeted floors in bedrooms
  • Air conditioning

The first-year residence halls are: 

  • Nathan R. Miller Hall
  • Trees Complex
  • Slade Hall

You are responsible for all cleaning within the space. Each hall-style living accommodation requires you to be on a meal plan.

Suites

Suites include a single, double, or triple occupancy room that share a common lounge space. A typical suite includes:

  • Common kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave and sink
  • Common full bathroom
  • A Twin XL bed (bunkable and adjustable) per person
  • A desk and chair per person
  • Wardrobes and storage closet per person
  • TV cable and hookup in each bedroom
  • Wired and wireless Internet access
  • Carpeted floors in bedrooms and common space
  • Air conditioning

Suites are available in the following buildings:

  • Copley Suites
  • Fenway Suites
  • Forest Suites
  • Kresge Suites

You are responsible for all cleaning within the space. Each suite-style living accommodation requires you to be on a meal plan

** Rooms on the 5th Floor of Boylston are in the apartment building but require a meal plan

Apartments

Apartment units can include a single, double, or triple occupancy room that all share a common living room space. A typical apartment includes:

  • Full kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, cabinets, kitchen table and chairs
  • Living room space with a couch and/or love seat, depending on the number of occupants
  • At least one common full bathroom
  • A Twin XL bed (bunkable and adjustable) per person
  • A desk and chair per person
  • Wardrobes and storage closet per person
  • Wired and wireless Internet access
  • Carpeted floors in bedrooms and common space
  • Air conditioning

Available apartment residence halls are:

  • Boylston A and B Apartments
  • Collins Apartments
  • Falcone Apartments
  • North Campus Apartments
  • Orchard Apartments
  • Rhodes Apartments

You are responsible for all cleaning within the space. You are not required to be on a meal plan

Houses

  • Cape House

The Cape House contains one two-person apartment, one five-person apartment and one four-person apartment with one apartment on each floor, as well as laundry facilities.

  • Castle Hall

Castle Hall offers single-room housing for seven students and features a common lounge and kitchen.

  • Stratton House

Stratton House is a stand-alone home with seven single rooms and two doubles. It has a fully common equipped kitchen, a large lounge and a washer/dryer unit. There is also a large deck on the back of the house.
