Men of Alliance

Students, faculty, and staff take the Men of Alliance Pledge and commit to meaningful action against gender bias and discrimination. This pledge is open to all genders who believe in gender equity.

Who We Are

An initiative on campus which strives to improve gender equity at Bentley and in the workplace. Students and staff work together to end the misconception that gender equity is solely a women’s issue.

What We Do

We focus on:

• Creating partnerships with women’s groups on campus.
• Raising awareness about workplace gender equity issues.
• Investigating the impact of issues such as implicit bias, gender intelligence, confidence, campus culture, and privilege.
• Sponsoring expert speakers from academia and industry to discuss the role of men as allies.
