Prepared to Lead at Bentley - Program Description

Image of Participants

Prepared to Lead at Bentley is a six-session (half-day), cohort-based management development series. This highly-interactive program focuses on building and practicing core supervisory and managerial skills, and is targeted at identified high-potential supervisors and managers with a baseline of experience supervising and managing others.

The program combines the “nuts and bolts” of managing the employee lifecycle with a variety of exercises and content designed to move participants well beyond supervisory skills basics and into leadership development aligned with the Bentley University culture.

Facilitators for this program are our training partners from Breakthrough Collaboration, Inc., Hamish Blackman and Adam Sutton.  Both facilitators have extensive experience working and coaching at Bentley.

Participation in this program is by nomination from senior leadership and invitation only.
