Preparing Inclusive Leaders

Through interactive workshops, experiential learning, and academic theory, the Gloria Cordes Larson Center for Women and Business (CWB) student programs prepare women and men as inclusive leaders. Our programs focus on critical workplace diversity issues and strategies for self-advocacy and inclusion — building knowledge and confidence.

Student Programs for Women and Men

Women's Leadership Program

A four-year co-curricular program that empowers young women with the essential skills, real-world experiences, and confidence needed to advance into leadership roles.

CWB Student Fellowship

A spring semester program that offers women and men real-world leadership preparation through an exploration of current workplace diversity issues and best practices.

Men of Alliance

A student organization of male students interested in learning about gender equity issues and demonstrating active support for their female peers in the classroom and the workplace.

Bentley Women's Network

A student organization that builds and utilizes an established network of female business professionals and peers to empower Bentley’s future businesswomen.

Join CWB Connection

As a CWB Connector, you are invited to CWB events and learn about opportunities that build knowledge related to diversity, equity, and inclusion — knowledge that is important in the workplace and to employers. This includes:  

  • CWB speaker events, visits to corporate partners and alumni networking events
  • Panel discussions related to gender and workplace diversity issues
  • Volunteer opportunities for Women’s History Month, Equal Pay Day and other events
  • Bi-weekly email highlighting relevant events on campus and beyond
